What is the procedure by insurance company if our car gets cancelled in an accident which is not of my fault?

hi,
I had a car accident 2 weeks before(HONDA CITY-2010)and my car bumber was hit by another guy with GMC and the back bumber is totally damaged.Its not my fault.Now my car is been cancelled by the insurence company.Because the repair cost is near to the insured amount.My car is still under bank loan.Iam having full cover insurence.Do please anyone advise me what will be the next procedure by the insurence company.And how i should deal with the insurence.Iam in a situation in which i am not getting an idea to deal with.
Is there anyone who is in the insurence field to guide me.Hope to hear good advises.

hi ,
just go to your insurance company which made full insurance for your car , then they will follow up with you
