Does anybody know the cost for buying one static IP address from Qtel.

I honestly doubt Qtel even has that option. Bu i don't think it would cost more than 100 QR. Then they will (if possible) manually assign a new IP address for you. Answered on Thu, 02/08/2012 - 1:49pm
