what kinds of building materials do you think are best for trading?

Hi friends!
What kinds of building materials do you think is best for trading? My friend is planning to open a shop for building materials trading,and he ask me for that. For me, i don't know the markets, because we only have project here,but we don't plan to open any shop in Qatar,and i don't study it before.So,i can not answer his question. Can you tell me about that?It is better that you can send me a feasibility report or something like that? What is your opinion about his opening a shop in Qatar?And where should be the best location for him?Just give him a suggestion.

So many building materials shops are here already and they are doing fine. Todays hot cake is safety and Fire fighting materials as far as Doha is concerned, starting with this is ok.

My opinion is Ceiling & Partition materials are best. I'm telling with my own experience.
