WLL Licensed company partnership ...?

Hi friends
I am working a company(salary staff) . I wish to start a new company (WLL Licensed).now I can't change my sponsorship. This situation I can get the 49% partnership and signing authority in the new company?

unless or otherwise you have a valid RP from the new company that you intend to register, u will not get a signing authority.

what biz ar you planning to do???
