Asthma concerns

I know it gets extremely hot there in the summer months. Does anyone know how hard it is to deal with the heat when you have asthma? Also is it dry heat or muggy and humid?

According to my personal observation some people get better here others' condition is worsening .It is all depending on the location where you are going to spend your days /the distance from the sea /distance from the desert etc .Are there any trees/park or only concrete ?Is there a huge construction near you ? Most probably you are going to spend your days inside .Then what is the AC quality etc ...

It's muggy and humid for 3 - 4 months a year. Extremely dusty year round. I don't think this is a good place for someone with asthma problems. I never had asthma until I came here (because of the dust)
