Y this Kolaveri !!! Room only for Kabayan ???

I dont understand Y all give importance and priority for filipine people for accomodation. Whatever advt i click it might be written " only for kabayan/pinoy/" .. whts the secret behind this ? others are not paying rent or what ? pls advice ....

Are u looking for a room for rent? there will be one available, very soon (like in the coming week). with an attached bathroom with new fittings & a new unit of Split Ac with separate entrance & no partition at all.
