Mozaic Remote Control

My son has damaged the Qtel Mozaic Remote control i have at home and the remote is not working .So i approached QTel at Wakra and Starlink shops but both contend they do not have stock of the remote control . So where can i buy QTEL remote control for my mozaic settop box ? Pls advise ? This is realy strange that QTEL sell settop box and connections but have no stock of remote control units.

declare it damage to mozaic & they will change it with new mozaic box with new remote control. Its is your right to request new mozaic box.
