Which Arab country has no rules against girlfriends and boyfriends living together?

Dude! I believe that no such thing is legal and moral in any Muslim country...We must respect and abide the local laws of any country we are in...Why dont you 2 get married in that case?

With all do respect to everyone . all arab countries do not allow live in partners some might just tolerate it.
You might wanna try another avenue of acting.
It is called Discretion. You come to a muslim
country, you know that the tolerance level for live in partners is low. You be discrete, you Do not flaunt it.
And you do not ask everybody around about wether it is acceptable.
And if she so impotant to you , you cannot live without her, TRY GETTING MARRIED TO HER OR HIM.

Why does it have to be an Arab country?

Go to Thailand or Philipines and no one will care what you do with anyone and if your girlfriend drops out of the equation you probably wouldn't notice.
