How to transfer an ownership?
How to transfer an ownership?
I have a 2nd hand car bought to a friend. My friend went for vacation and he didn’t tell me it was for good. My problem is the car is still under his name. How can I transfer to my name and what are the requirements? Anyone please help me. Thanks!
