what about this point system in QATAR LIVING means??

I mean i can see my points..but how it works? on what grounds?? is it helpful somewhere?plzz can neone answer this genuinely.thankz a lot..

They show how many times you've posted on the forum. Most online forums have a similar system. This has been answered hundreds of times before.

wel to be serious,,, i think these points would be a qualification for the members to join few groups or blogs,,,, i saw few groups requesting around three hundred points to join their group,,,,basically a qualification i would say,,,,,

basically its a kind of qualification for the members to join few groups or a particular forum. qualification point is fixed by forum owner. it also shows that how much ur participating in forum :-)

well,,, they are going to classify to different category,,, paltinum, gold, silver etc,,, and Sonia i think u will get a platinum,,,,

For each post on forum you will get 1 point and for posting in Qatar Answer for each answer you will get 5 points..

But abhishek, still query...pointing helps in what?? even i too noticed that whenever i m answering or putting question it adds upto 5points..but y points?again a big question for me..
