Resignation Under Limited Contract
Resignation Under Limited Contract
I am working in private sector since 2011, i was given my resignation letter, but my company not accepting that,they are telling my contract type is limited one,so i should finish 2years,until they are not accept my resignation, so please tell me what kind of contract this and how can i get release from my company, or if i can go to Labour department or Indian embassy

Of course you can resign if you want! If they do not give you an exit permit call the police and say you are being held against your will. Answered on Sun, 17/06/2012 - 10:39pm
