all you can do is:
1. report it
2. hope that someone finds it
3. hope that they will return it with nothing missing

If it has been 1 day missing then forget about it as it was left somewhere obvious and they took it , if not , report your missing item to the security and they will tell you what to do and where to go.

Good luck finding it.
