Business Visa or What to do

A friend of mine want to know weather he can come to Qatar if his sponsor cancle his Rp without given him NOC .

I mean his still in Qatar but things are not in line between him and his employer.

Please advice if you know what to do in this situation bcos i m novice in Visa issue.

Buying a business visa is illegal.

If he cancelled his Visa he must go back in his country & he can return in qatar after 2 years or he can go back here anytime but he cannot work here because the validy of cancellation is still in system or he must to wait that 2 years so he may be able to work again without that *&^$ NOC.

/-a-t-/ Mandilulur : Who told you that buying an Business Visa is Illegal. There are lots of Travel Agency here & Local Citizen are selling Business Visa. Of course we must buy it because we cannot earn it without any payment.So you mean selling Business Visa is also Illegal?

Ofcourse Buying an Illegal Visa is like Buying a Dog Who Barks at you and Bite you. It's illegal and if willing to follow the consequences, "if happens" go ahead.. But never to be encouraged..Find an amicable solution with your sponsor to re-leave by getting NOC.
