CHANGE OF WIFE SPONSORSHIP

HI

My wife was on famil visit in last year she got teacher job in school now she is under school sponsorhip and my kids are under my sponsorhip i want to know can i change my wife sposorship under me plz let me know the procedure if school is refusing for NOC for sponsorship change she was locally recruited so is there any law through which i can suite case?

good day to you. i had the exact problem before. my wife is working in a private company and then we got married. so i want her to be transferred to my sponsorship but her manager refused so my mandoub(liason officer) friend advised me to:
1. apply for my wife visit residence...i told my company that my wife is outside the country..why? so that i can process her papers without sending her back to our country.
2. after the approval from the ministry of labor. we told the company to cancel her visa and she will go back home. after cancellation, she exited thru dubai, carrying my sponsorship. and the next day she came back with my sponsorship.
in that case it depends on your wifes company if they will still accept her after the sponsorship change or she can apply for a better one.

Hi,
You can apply permanenet visa and change her sponsorship in your own sponsorship,
it is easy, no one can stop to you..
