Final Salary Renumeration !!!!!

It depends with your HR dept, if ever you had one existing. As per Qatar labor law. you get paid for 21 days if you've work for less than 5 years. Over than that will be for 28 days. Some multi-national companies provide your latest basic salary as basis for calculation. So it all depends what's the practice in your company. It may seems odd but that's the way it is here in Qatar. Don't waste your time putting a complaint since you'll recover all those money loss through your new found company away from Qatar. Your dream job & salary is waiting with you on another place than here.
