New Born Baby Visa
Me and my husband is in different sponsership,and one month before I deliverd baby here in HMC, after that we got call from CID dept to collect birth certificate of my baby,the same time they said to change my sponsership from company to husband sponsership. Now my husband salary does not matching the requirement for getting family status and my company will not be giving NOC to change the sponsership also. Is there any new rule like this? How can I get the sponsership for my baby ?
