Dear Frinds
I am working in DOHA QATAR since last 7 years. I change my Visa before 8 month from my previous company to new company. Now my new company terminate me after 8 month so what I should do now can I go Labour court? There is any labour law that I can change my visa? OR i can take NOC before one year form present company???. some body told me i can not go labour court before one year.
I am locally hired.Can I get noc from my current employer as iam locally transferred my sponsorship? What qatar labour law & Human right commission states.
How to get NOC from my current employer amicably he is not agreeing to give noc.

this shuould be settled mutually with your company.

No way u can demand, it is upto company to give, so amicably sort ouf the problem for a favourable solution.

The sponsor is a dumb idiot !! he did not get him into Qatar who the hell he to send him away ....
Go to labor court file a case .... These Qatari are a bunch of douchebags

You can't do any thing at this stage even you are here since 20 years local hire, international hire you need noc to come back to qatar or ban of 2 years for local transfer you need approval from current sponsor.even if you go to labourcour,humanrights nothing will happen iam also a victim of noc, iam locally hired fighting with my sponsor for noc.

If anybody have suggestions please let us know.

Your company has every right to terminate you.
Your company has every right not to give you NOC.
You no rights to demand anything, because no one has done anything illegal or wrong. Now you will have to leave Qatar for at least 2 years.

dont worry man...just approach your embassy and file a compliant in labour court. i hope you didn't do wrong for you to get fired.
