What if i dont get my medical test from gamca in india

What if i dont i get my test done in gamca approved centers and come to doha on employment visa ?....cAn i do that ?....do immigration people ask for gamca report ? Since doha also does the medical check , so wanted to check is it mandatory to get the medical certificate from gamca ?

No need to get medical test from Gamca
only you should pass here in Qatar Medical Commission Medical
