Any Business Networking groups in Qatar??

I've just moved to Qatar on a project, I work for a Wireless Solutions company I wanted to whether Doha has any business networking groups (like Ryze, Linked-in).
What do expatriates do normally in the evenings once they are back from work.
would appreciate your views/ suggestions on the same.
