Dr. Tahir Hanif is a project management consultant, trainer, lecturer and public speaker. He has over 24 years of experience managing construction projects in the UK and Middle East.
He is a Chartered Builder (MCIOB), Professional Project Manager, Cost Engineer, Certified Management Consultant and Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) by profession. Over the last 24 years, he has experience of working in both the private and public sectors in the UK and now the Middle East.
Dr. Hanif is a frequent international speaker and guest lectures at Kingston University London, University of Reading and Oxford Brookes University. His area of expertise is project management and in particular, project control through the use of adaptable processes in dynamic and uncertain environments.
