MANILA, Philippines - The Department of Education (DepEd) will implement the K+12 basic education program in academic year 2012-2013, starting with the conversion of first year high school to Grade 7.

Education Secretary Armin Luistro said a curriculum had been created for Grade 7.

The K+12 basic education plan consists of kindergarten, six years of elementary education, four years of junior high school (Grade 7 to 10), and two years of senior high school.

“In 2012, we will begin using the new curriculum for Grade 1 and Grade 7 (first year of junior high school),” Luistro said in a forum at the Heritage Hotel the other day.

Work Visa dapat may agency

Ask ko lang po kung talaga daw ba na kailangan ng agency sa pinas kapag hawak mo ay work visa? kasi na-apply ko kapatid ko sa company namin, ngayon work visa sya i aaply, business visa sana kaso undergraduate lang sya ng college, so kakailangan ing academic certificate kapag business visa..Kung dadaan ng agency may alam ba kayo na legal na agency puede maka assist sa mga papers ngkapatid ko? kung di naman dadaan di kaya siya magkaproblema sa atin sa pag-aasikaso ng papel?.. sana kung DHL na lang lahat at mag-aasikaso para menus sa lakaran..

Nais ko po sanang humingi ng payo sa inyo hinggil po sa visa na iaapply ko sa mga biyenan ko.
Balak ko kasi silang papuntahin dito sa darating na Marso.
Sa mga may naka experience na po sa inyo, ano po bang visa ang pinaka mabilis at walang hassle? Isang buwan lang naman po silang mananatili dito sa Doha.

Civil Engineer Licensure Examination

Ano na kaya nangyari at 1 lang ang pumasa out of 152 engineers na nag take ng exam dito sa Qatar.Nabasa ko lang itong blog post at napaisip tluoy ako kung sino ba talaga ang dapat sisihin?Ang PRC ba or ang mga nagtake? Imagine how hard the exam was based on the result.We are not here to judge the Government agency nor the examinees.They both have reasons .As for me ,I need clarificationas not only as an OFW but as a concern citizen too. Hindi naman sa nakikitsismis or nakikigulo lang sa issue,I was just concern to those 151 person involved in the exam.Anyway, I hope that the PICE-Qatar will clear this thing out once and for all.
