My friend came to Qatar on a construction company visa as a driver , signed contract for 2 years with the company, now he wants to go home sighting some personal family reasons back in his country, What can he do? what is the procedure? appreciate your comments

Well, he will have to give ...Well, he will have to give notice to his company. Depending on his contract and how long he's been here they may deduct his airfare and RP charges from his last paycheck. If he is scheduled for vacation anytime soon that would be a good time to leave.

Whatever happens.... ...... I'm sure he will end up with a 2 year ban. If he hasn't finished his contract they will probably not pay him until the costs of airfares and visa processing costs are covered. Can he request emergency leave from his employers and then return? Get him to ask his bosses if he can get an emergency leave.
