when i can get new visa
Dear ALL
I will appreciated to your valueable response
i am having two contry work visa at a time, UAE and Qatar for same company.presently i am in UAE. I am Exit from QATAR on Oct27' 2007 and my visa still valid upto Oct03'2009. my question is without cancellation of visa and without NOC when i can enter in Qatar with New work Visa. what is the legal rule. how is possible now. i having a job offer. please suggest me

dude if your earlier ...dude if your earlier sponsor,who has issued u the earlier work visa thats valid till next year, does not issue you the NOC or so called Release of Sponsorship then you cannot get a new work visa at all... infact if he cancels your work visa you cannot enter doha for 5 years as per new immigration laws.
the solution would be to get the required documents from your previous sponsor and submit it along with the docs from ur new sponsor to get a new visa and live happy.
