i am a hardcore WOWer..
damn, it's been so long since i played another game..
last thing i played & completed was COD4 & Half Life 2 episode 2..
i played Bioshock & Crysis.. but my system hardly handled them..
what's new out there..?!

Semper....Cool collection. I was under the impression that i was practically the one with majority of games... I lost that prize to you man. I too got a lo of games...some of which r GRID, Assassin's Creed, Black Sector Area 51, Mass Effect, Command & Conquer Tiberium Wars 3, Joint Task Force etc... These are the latest i got for now. But semper is way ahead of me i guess...

And for master_mas...your behind man...a lot have come out after crysis. A lot more after half life 2.. Upgrade ur GPU and RAM for better gameplay in CRYSIS...

i'm trying to finish COD4: modern warfare. the previous version is way better. but i don't play 24/7.. i bought it online for sale at around $40.00. and yo yo yo, if you guys like playing shooting, i recommend the far cry 2. nice graphics in the African settings. do you guys like play online games? can you tell me some new OL games? thanks!

I feel Command & Conquer Tiberium wars 3 is way better than Warcraft Series. Its got tremendous beauty and mission,related to future and even has alien invasion. Try it, play it, njoy it....

Normally i download using the software bitcomet from www.bitcomet.com . you can type in whatever game you want wether new or old in the search area of the software and download. Similar to this is limewire. Best part is, you can even download latest divx movies too...

Buying games is only possible in City Center or the net.. But thats too costly.. I brought all my games( pirated though) from india and downloaded many from the net here..

Besides.... I suggest exchanging wit people. Thats how i got a huge collection now...

Just finished playing Assassins Creed, Crysis and Crysis Warhead.. I'm looking for Bioshock, Hellgate London and Gears of War.. Anybody wants to share their games? :D

a month ago i was playing Assassins creed but then i refuse to continue, due to its repetitive missions. For that ive tried playing Devil may cry 4 but after Nero's part ive ended up not continuing the game becoz im stuck with dante's classic moves though i played DMC 3. Anyone here got news about alan wake its from the creator of max payne 1&2

Upgrade your processor and motherboard. Pair some high end parts for your 4870 X2 and since you are into Radeon chips, I recommend getting a motherboard with Intel P45 chipset with CrossfireX capabilities so that in the future you can pair your graphics card with another 4870 X2 :D

Thanks man PCGEEK ill do that first. Though i really would prefer an AMD dual core processor, as they perform better, in benchmarking. And may end up with a still useful quad core acting as a dual core! probably have to get it online though in this country.

though i wish they could research a way so to somehow teach various quad cores to act like dual cores i when needed, to solve compatibility issues.

not to mention that some games are coded badly i mean really bad.
NFS prostreet is so laggy, and the factor is not so much the graphics card, but the proccesor. I mean im overclocked. but i can play Crysis on medium on 1024 pixels
and high on 800. but NFS lags at any res.

that's because your card (8600GT) is not able to cope up with graphics hungry 3D games :D My average FPS for Crysis at 1280x960, all high settings is 45. NFS Pro Street at 1680x1050, all high settings average FPS is 70. i agree, quadcore is not best for gaming for now, but software developers are now starting to make games supporting 4 cores (like Crysis).

but i can play lagless crysis with an 8600gt. Which uses graphically superior tech than nfs.
why nfs play worse?

If i over clock the Gpu no improvement with nfs. but if i overclock the processor massive improvements.
crysis has no problem what so ever.
