Guys based on my own experience and to my understanding there is "programming" that does not allows people to post if they are using a VPN or proxy server (office location) since it appears to be from out of Qatar; and as per the rules you are not allowed to post when you are "out of town".
Try posting from your home/other location without any proxy/VPN and best of luck!!

galloper48 is correct ...Accessing QL via a proxy server or a company with its own server outside Qatar indicates to our system that you are outside Qatar and thus unable to post. This restriction was introduced to try and limit spammers/scammers posting from outside Qatar. Sadly, we have many spammers/scammers within the country who try and spoil it for everyone else.
May I suggest that you try and post from a computer accessing the Internet directly via a Q-Tel connection.
