As far as I know, the requirement to bring ur family is having a QR10000+ salary.

there is no authentification in 6 months salary tranfer, my friend from paksiatn just brought his family after 1 salary transfer. no hard and fast rule , try and see your luck. Depends on immigration mood and yes your company profile should on top.
Dont ask here too much you will get confuse.
