Importing a Lexus lx570 from US

Hi all,

I am seriously considering to import a used 2010 - 2011 Lexus Lx570 from USA. I have done my calculations, and I think, all in all, I may end up saving some decent amount. However, I am still concerned about the problems I would potentially face driving an American spec model. Does anyone know about the modifications needed and the associated costs? I am also a bit concerned about the resale value 2 or 3 years down the road. Any help or sharing of knowledge will be greatly appreciated.

All OK . You don't have to do anything to the car.
The only difference is you will not be able to get comprehensive insurance for an American spec model. If you do let me know who changed their policy but as far as I know, no insurance company here will do. So it will be Liability insurance only which is the minimum required for registration here. Good luck
