Goodwill cargo company has stolen our items.
We lost our baggage that was sent 13 months back, we sent our cargo from doha through goodwill cargo about 13 months back, somethings were stolen by goodwill cargo staff when they transferred our cargo from dukhan to doha.out of 19 boxes 17 boxes we recieved in partial deliveries till may 2012. remaining 2 boxes which were having valuable and important things are still not recieved. and goodwill cargo company in doha is not ready to listen to our complaints through telephone calls. further more our 50% items found broken in the boxes. our new blankets from our boxes were found replaced with old ones.kitchen components were found stolen from boxes.i will suggest that no one should deal with this cargo company.*+

A Tip.
Not many Qatari Policemen log on to QTel to find reporting crimes for investigation. They use the old method of accepting such complaints at the police station in person.

This is what will happen when ...This is what will happen when you look for cheap fares. Cargo services who are reliable and trustworthy are not giving any special offers. Goodwill Cargo is not in the list of Cargo Companies giving good service in Qatar.

its true ...its absolutely true. they are not professionals. two years back when i sent my things from doha to dubai, it hasnt reached on time, also most of my stuff are broken. out of my 7 seater sofa, single seat sofa is lost, most of my carpert, decoration items, etc, were lost. when i asked them they said, that only they had picked up. so where did my sofa lost?
they are not at all professionals.

mostly cargo companies are ...mostly cargo companies are like that only,until or unless you don't enquire every week or after somedays,theywill not care of your things.
last years same happen to me,we found some items missing and some broken.even we complained ,they said they are inspecting.lol
in your case its more than 11months.better you approach police..

Well unfortunate but as Guilt ...Well unfortunate but as Guilt said if one goes for a cheaper service this is what we get. Has happened to me too. My brand new dining set reached home is pieces. And the cargo company denied any knowledge of it! And the staff are all thieves. Ive had the locks broken and things taken out.
Now ive stopped sending stuff thru cargo companies. When I go i carry what I can. Rest i buy from there.
I know how frustrating this is but i wud suggest you put it down to experience and let it go. If you have someone here who can follow up for you its good but again I dont see anything coming out of it. Lost goods wont be returned.
All these cheap companies need to be shut down!
