Fling- pls chk with ur ...Fling- pls chk with ur manddob or anyone in HR. There are different types of visas. Some have restrictions some dont. As far as I know in such a case u will need an NOC or there is a BAN. Again Im not very sure as there have been cases where people HAVE come back without any issues.
Pls chk with a good source. QL cant give u a proper answer.

fling ...As i can understand your company sponsored you. So now probably they could be working on making it permanent visa for which you have to go medical and finger printing. Did you go through any of this process yet.

Fling ...Now the last process is FP if medical is ok. If you need to go back to your country then inform immediately to your manager and let them stop the process before the final RP is done. Else its mushkila. And if it is done by chance and you leave then ban for 2 years. So talk to your manager if you want to leave but if he is a good manager he will listen if not then he will talk crazy.

he said no problem if i go ...he said no problem if i go home! so what you think? i really want to work here for my sister is also here. and doha is nice if it is not for this strong reason

One more thing I wud like to ...One more thing I wud like to add. Dont go without informing the sponsor. I heard there is now a rule that if you leave without informing or cancelling ur visa ur ban will be 4 yrs and not 2. Again this is hearsay and Im not sure. But like Shakti said speak to your company and stop the process if u have decided to leave.

Fling ...Then i doubt your current employer will not let you go because it seems they are not good. So as you said he has no problem then do not go for finger printing. Tell them to make arrangements to send you home. Make a note that they should arrange ticket as they brought you here. Then go back phil and look for another employer. But this time make a good choice.
But will your sister stay alone. think about her too. She will miss you and you will miss her :-P

she make it in 4 years ...she make it in 4 years without me. so she could do that again. he said he will send me back home if i dont want to work then ill go home. but he said his friend who help me to come here will buy a ticket.
