Make New Friends 17-20

Basically I'm going to be moving to Doha to live with my dad for about 6 months starting around september. I'm a Qatari American, i know a decent amount of arabic, i'm just trying to meet some new people, and i don't know where to get started. I'm 17 years old, so looking for some young guys to hang with. I'd prefer Qataris or other arabs because my goal is for my arabic to improve even more. I'm not working or going to school so its difficult to meet people. I don't smoke or drink, so no clubbing. Don't know much else to say, any suggestions on what to do. Also i visit Doha semi often, i'm going to be coming every summer, if that makes a difference for any.
