I'm confused... ...I'm confused as to how my question confusing?
Let's try this again... I am looking for a bank in Qatar with the following features:
-little to no fees (I refuse to pay +500QR to have an account)
-checking services (not looking for savings)
-debit credit card (it works like a credit card but debits out of my account)
I'm personally am trying to avoid QNB as they have too many requirements and fees for a simple checking account...
Thanks again =)

branches every where & ATMs every where & you can avail loan and credit cards with minimum requirment also ,
you need only 1000 QR to start savings account with free visa/master card ATM (international use) , only 10 QR charge to transfer to egypt and you can do it online from your laptop (banking services) or any branch , check book will be available for your current account after receiving first saLARY (should be more than 3k)
and more and more 44456000 for your assistance any time !!
dont forget : they have always good surprises for you
to your saving account , every 1000 QR will give you chance to win over 1 million monthly

THe Central Bank has set most ...THe Central Bank has set most of the banking fees in Qatar. So unless you're looking for something "exotic" I doubt if you will find a whole lot of difference amongst them.
I would suggest you visit 2 or 3 likely banks (perhaps using the suggestions above) and inquire about the fees/rates for those products and services of interest to you.
Be aware that if you will need a loan or credit card, your salary must now be deposited into the bank that issues these products. This too was changed by the QCB last year.

Thank you all for your tips! ...Thank you all for your tips! I have, with your suggestions, broken it down to three banks that I'll be checking out this week!
I would also suggest to those whom posted about opening an accoutn with HSBC to stay away from them due to their money laundering scandal: http://www.guardian....

I would recommend the ...I would recommend the Commercial Bank (CBQ) Main Branch. I have approached many banks in Qatar to open an account with facilities. Most banks just gave me a ton of requirements and would not recognize the company I am employed with as it was not a registered Qatari company. Even when we have a local sponsor and my company is global. The CBQ did ask for basic information with confirmation from our HR. Three days later they opened the account with checking ATM and credit card with a limit based on salary. They were much more receptive and treated us with a great deal more respect than other banks

Saving account ...Sir,
Are you working in Doha bank,.. so i just have confused for savings account so if I will open a savings account in this I can apply the loan without transfering my salary.
