Sponsorship Transfer 2012 Rules
Hi Guys! Could someone tell me how many days does it actually take for the approval of sponsorship transfer from the old sponsor to the new sponsor from the labor department ?
As per the new list of attachments for the transfer i have submitted the following:
- Online application form signed by both old and new sponsors.
- NOC from old sponsor.
- Copy of passport with valid RP.
- Copy of computer cards (old and new sponsor)
- Copy of valid municipal license for the new sponsor.
and finally the, - PCC
Anyone who has recently gone through this please advise.

it takes minimum 3 weeks for ...it takes minimum 3 weeks for the whole process to get over unless you are transferring from a visit visa.

I got it from my country..I ...I got it from my country..I just give the NOC to my new sponsor then they process.It all depends in your PRO for me not more than a week after giving all the necessary documents.

The documents i gave to them ...The documents i gave to them are:
-NOC
-Police clearance
-School Certificates
Others they are the one who process not more than a week i received my new Id.

PCC from ICC ...Got my PCC from Indian Cultural Center, it took 3 days as it is issued by the Indian Embassy.

all depend on your new ...all depend on your new Sponcer PRO, he can do within 4 days also, but u knows all PRO r useless and helpless.

YES NBI IS REQUIRED FOR ...YES, NBI RED RIBBON IS REQUIRED FOR SPONSORSHIP TRANSFER THAT IS THE EQUIVALENT TO HIS PCC OR POLICE CLEARANCE AS I SAID IT ALL DEPEND ON YOUR PRO ITS NICE THAT MY NEW SPONSOR HAS A USEFUL PRO.
