Safety inside the Bus

My sister takes the afternoon bus going to work since the dental clinic she works at is near the bus stop in Jarir Bookstore. When she got in at the Aziziya, an arab man came up to her and forcefully tried to grab and kiss her. She wasnt alone in the bus. There were actually lots of passengers and a good filipino and indian man help her get him off her.
I havent ridden the karwa bus but I was told theres a seat exclusively for women once you get on one. Apparently, this doesnt work.
I just wanted to advise women not to take the bus alone regardless what time of day it is.
