Very pleasant service. The food is absolutely awesome. A bit on the expensive scala but a real experience. The location at the Mall has an outdoor seating that would have been ideal in a european setting. But instead you sit right next to the parked cars. What a shame, but that's Doha. |

On the upside the service is very good and the staff is friendly, the food tastes good (just good), and the atmosphere is nice. On the down side it is expensive and portions are really small... |

Consistent food and consistent service ... even if you go there in Dubai. However, not the best Italian food you will ever have. |

Good food, excellent service always with smile. Food comes to the table very quickly and in the meantime complimentary warmed Foccacia slices dipped in olive oil, balsamic vinegar and paremsan cheese mix keeps you happy. Don't be ashamed to order some more. It is a bit pricey if you are ordering multiple courses. But sticking to one course will be good for your belly as portions are generous. Even sandwiches are quite filling. Food taste good and fresh. Stereotypical Italian menu with many choices of pizzas, pastas, risottos and main courses. Recommended for non alcoholic business lunches. |

We ate there once. I was not impressed. It was a normal hot day and I downed an iced tea rather fast. They told me that I had to pay extra if I had a third glass of tea. As I said, I ate there once, but will not again. The food was fair, but expensive. Not on my A or B list. |

We find Biella's very comfortable, and the food very tasty. We would like Biella's a whole lot better if we could get a glass of wine with our pizzas or pastas or meat dishes! I like the salmon, and the baked seafood pasta; my husband likes the pizzas and the sandwiches. The drinks are a little fou-fou, but you can skip them. |

We visited The Mall branch on Tuesday 3/11. My opinion: Food is good. Not Jamie Oliver but nice stuff - as good as you can make it yourself. Prices are reasonable, e.g. Penne Marinara was QR 49 (add 10 for a main course portion). Even the starter portion is a lot unless you're a real pig. And the Marinara was superb, by the way. Service was great. Admittedly it was not very busy. But then again, I have been in places that were not busy and the service was still non-existent. Will definitely visit again. |

Our first visit to Biella was at City Center Mall. First food that we really loved in Doha. I have had excellent soup (bean), risotto(amazing!), and the family has enjoyed pizza and pasta and sandwiches. Service was excellent, price was reasonable(for Doha) and we have gone back several times. I highly recommend it-especially if you need something kind of familiar. But better than just standard familiar. Also enjoyed the crisp decor and the artwork, if atmosphere matters. It was quiet and the service was really tops. |

It's been awhile since I have been here and they changed their menu :( Food was good, but I had some favorites on their old menu. I got their seafood pasta, it was okay. |

Overall this place was suprisingly good. It all started with their warm foccacia bread dipped in olive oil balsamic vinegar salt and pepper...the only thing missing was parmesean cheese. I ordered a pizza (caprese) from their fire oven and it was very good! Fresh ingredients and very nice flavor. I dipped it in a little chilli oil as the waitress suggested (my first time) and it was tasty! I would even say it is the best pizza that I have had in Doha. I have had a lot better before in the US and italy but for Doha it was excellent |

we just got some take out food at Biella city centre this evening and it was incredibly bad. My husbands salmon was completly over cooked and my dish was raw, the chicken was raw as were the vegetable, highly dangerous. Staff were pleasant but not efficient, but serving up food like this is unforgivable |

Terrible, dirty restaurant! So called Soup of the Day and Salad took you around 25 mins to be served! But instead of having chicken in the ceaser salad, you put there a rubber glove from some dirty hands! It happened yesterday in Landmark at about 6:30pm. With your high prices for the dirty food and poor level of service, you should be closing down! |

It was really an amazing experience I had with my wife and 2 kids in Biella city center. The ambiance was really nice on the corner of the mall, people were there enjoying their meals and some of them were sharing pizzas and pastas so We did the same. We had the Caprese salad and the Calamari rings for our appetizers, it looks really fresh and delicious, later on we got served cocktails.. I loved the TI AMO !!! Pizza biella and Diavola Pizza with 1 chicken fusilly pasta and a scaloppine veal were our main courses. I couldn't stop eating from my family member's plate just to taste the real experience. Portions were really huge so we didn't finish our plates. Waiters look all smart and happy doing their job, you could see the smile on their faces all 2 hours we spent there.
I strongly recommend this restaurant and looking forward to visit the 2 other outlets. |
