i like kebab but when they deliver it its so cold so can you pls make it quick theres no problem on the taste

this is one of the most horrible restaurants in town .. all the reviews posted are by employees of the parent company .. my experience with iskender kebab:

ALL THE REVIEWS ARE SUBMITTED BY THE SAME PERSON: A marketing manager for the parent company of the restaurant, check the profile of each of the users, they all review restaurants for the parent company which also owns pizzaland, le gourmet .. etc ..
Based on the false reviews, i ordered some for lunch, for me and my co workers:
- Delivery 2.5 hours late
- food is average, better off with turkey central. The eskandar kebab is really bad
- Order delivered was WRONG
Called to make them refund my money, they did NOT refund anything, just told me they would send the driver to get rid of me, did NOT send him
asked for the parent company and to speak to their General Manager. He called me and was very rude, insulting and disrespectful to me over the phone
VERY BAD RESTAURANT >> AVOID AT ANY COST .. MUCH BETTER TURKISH FOOD AT OTHER PLACES THERE

jamiltd its that true?? i think i order here before when i stay in al rayyan but they make it fast and maybe your place its hard to reach and also there is no final street here also in the map if you can check it not updated... thats why your saying you can try again to order if it will happens again your right.. and if thats employee who  rate i dont think if theres a policy to rate your own i think if you are the one who create or register... so try again to order if i were you so you can judge them in what you complain call them and talk the gm about your complain... much better so they can change or fix what is the problem.. thats my suggestion to you....

This is one of the worst restaurants in Qatar.  And the General Manager cursed at me over the phone when I complained to him that the order was THREE hours late and was the WRONG order.

Horrible food, horrible service, avoid at any cost .. much better turkish places in town.

All the reviews on this page are by restaurant employees.  Its the same chain that owns Le Gourmet and Pizza Land .. check their reviews, by the same exact people, using the same exact sentences.

If you and your GM would like to get business, I suggest you serve good food with good service, not populate this review board with ridiculous comments from your company's staff.

Reviews for this restaurant was taken away by the moderator before.  /-a-t-/Moderator, I would like to please ask that this restaurant never gets reviewed here again because of decieving practices by its staff in putting fake reviews.

/-a-t-/jamiltd you can check my background and my company that i belong so that you canot think like that.. only first time its happen to you and your too much angry.... so hows that maybe you are the one who belong before in this company or maybe you apply there before you will not act like the way you are meaning  theres personal matter happen not in the service so you will act like a child... i told you try once more... dont judge them all... theres some other branch.... dont make it big issue.. your the only one who's complaining... me i wrote what i experienced in this restaurant...

honestly the store manager that make a mistake on that time its already terminated..

and the review that you told that on the same day of someother customer thats true because before we participate here and we put one laptop in the restaurant and ask the comment and suggestion of the customer who experience the food and service and they put review here in qatar living that was part of our project so that we will know personaly their comments so we can enhance our service and food. so that they will know that we have an account in qatar living we know what is the rules here before we put our restaurant here... for any complain and suggestion you can send an email...

what happen before i will apologize and can you send me your contact info and we will give you a coupon... im very very sorry what they done to you... as i told you the store manager is already terminated... you can send me an email info/-a-t-/iskenderkebab.com
