Medical Procedure For Resident Work Permit Or Family Residency
Blood Group certificates are required before going for medical tests. This applies to adults and children.
Medical tests include a blood test as well as chest X rays. The Chest x rays can only be done at the Medical Commission in Abu Hamour.
Electronic fingerprinting for adults only can be completed at the Mesaimeer Services Centre.
Identity cards are mandatory for all residents of Qatar; this applies to the resident work permit and the family resident permit. The exception is for those under 18. The ID cards contain information such as your blood group, your passport number and nationality not forgetting your signature and can be used instead of your passport in most circumstances. The duration of your ID is the same as your residency.

Blood Test.... ...Its too late...but I am sure this information wud be imp for others !!
The blood test is only to confirm your blood group. This test has to be done from a hospital/clinic which is authorized by the Govt. to carry out such blood tests for visa formalities.

residence permit picts ...My employer asked me to to the blood tests and the x-ray before i come to doha but they also asked me for 15 pictures for my residence permit!!! is that right? it seems a lot..

Blood Test for RP ...Kindly tell me that what types of disease checked from Blood, Bcoz my wife has minor Hepatitis B, which comes +vie in Hbs Ag test but in LFT and SGPT is -Ve.
Is this case is considerable or not?

My family come qatar with ...My family come qatar with RESIDENCY VISIT VISA- duretion of Residence : 02 year.
now the past 40 days from comming but i still not completed RESIDENCY PERMIT. i only completed medical still fingure print remaining.
i just want to know is that any issue if days passed more then one month. is that any penlty.. or
kindly give me advise for the same. i really worried for the same.
